Job summary

Vivi is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio spanning product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive the plan for Vivi’s new product launch, aligned with the Finance and Operations function and reporting to the CFO.

You will work in a fast-paced, AI-transformation environment, ensuring governance, risk management, and timely execution across go‑to‑market activities while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience delivering cross-functional projects end to end
• Experience delivering cross-business product launches or go-to-market programmes
• Experience building or establishing a project management function or framework
• Experience in a technology or software business with good Agile understanding

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a portfolio of projects spanning product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, finance and support
• Plan, estimate, coordinate and communicate relentlessly to keep initiatives on track
• Coordinate data‑privacy and security sign-offs for product releases
• Own portfolio reporting rhythm and present to executives with clear status, risks and trade-offs
