Job summary

Vivi.Io is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery of a cross-functional portfolio spanning product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance. You will lead projects from inception to release and through post-launch, providing structure, momentum, and visibility across teams.

Reporting to the CFO within Finance and Operations, you will plan, estimate, and communicate relentlessly while ensuring delivery stays on track.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to align multiple teams across product, engineering, sales and finance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches and GTM programmes.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of projects from inception to post-launch.
• Develop and maintain plans, schedules, budgets and resource estimates.
• Governance: kick-offs, status reporting, steering updates and post-project reviews.
• Coordinate dependencies across departments to keep portfolio moving.
• Build end-to-end product launch plans for releases and GTM readiness.
• Coordinate data privacy and security sign-offs for product releases.
