We are seeking a highly organised EDO Planner to join the team based in Moorebank.

This role incorporates an AI-driven workflow, requiring you to register jobs in our management systems, review and action exceptions identified by the AI agent, and ensure accurate processing of operational tasks.

You will also be responsible for:

• Filtering and prioritising incoming correspondence


• Responding to customer enquiries


• Chasing and obtaining accurate information from stakeholders
