The Australian College of Nursing is recruiting for a Nurse Grade 10 at Cairns Hospital's Emergency Department. This permanent full-time leadership role focuses on strategic direction, patient access, flow and quality of care in a Level 5 ED.

You will lead workforce planning, resource management and service performance, and drive innovative models of care while mentoring staff and collaborating with senior health executives across Far North Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing leadership preferred.
• Ability to drive service improvement and workforce planning.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Cairns Hospital's Emergency Department.
• Drive improvements in patient access, patient flow and quality of care.
