Guardian Childcare & Education Elsternwick is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to inspire children daily within a fun, passionate team. You’ll bring the Thrive framework to life, collaborate with Guardian educators, and contribute to learning programs across the network.

The role requires a relevant university degree in Early Childhood Education, registration, and a WWCC for VIC, with opportunities for career progression and above‑award pay.

Competenze

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Current Teacher's Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).
• Previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desirable).

Here's what you'll bring:
