Job summary

David Jones is seeking an Ecommerce Trade Coordinator to bring the David Jones digital experience to life across an assigned product portfolio. You will coordinate day-to-day online trade activities and partner with Ecommerce, Merchandise and Marketing to drive strong commercial outcomes.

This role combines commercial thinking with digital execution in a fast-moving ecommerce environment, requiring strong communication, organisation and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day online trade activity for your assigned portfolio.
• Support the delivery of revenue, profit, traffic and conversion objectives.
• Partner with Merchandise, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to execute the online trade plan and category strategy.
• Work closely with Website Merchandisers to ensure product imagery, content and onsite presentation are complete, accurate and aligned with David Jones guidelines.
• Monitor trading performance and provide clear updates and insights to key stakeholders.
• Support concession and dropship vendors in partnership with the Ecommerce Brand Manager.
• Use customer feedback and NPS insights to identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
• Help resolve product-related customer enquiries in partnership with Customer Service teams.
• Continuously improve product and site merchandising, including sequencing and site-search accuracy.
• Contribute to ecommerce initiatives and projects designed to positively impact sales, conversion and customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and third‑party service providers.
