Job summary

HIMOD is a Sunshine Coast-based company designing and distributing premium LED tail lights and accessories for automotive use. The role is a hands-on, part-time position in Coolum Beach, focusing on customer service, order fulfilment, and stock data management.

You will work closely with the founder, handling online customer service, order processing, and stock forecasting with on-site training provided. A small team environment offers direct impact and clear responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on customer service experience
• Comfortable with online/eCommerce workflows
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Organised and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and supplier enquiries with a professional, can-do attitude.
• Process orders within 24–48 hours, courteously and on time.
• Flag recurring customer feedback, trends or ideas to the founder.
• Pick, pack and ship orders from the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and organised; carry out regular stocktakes.
• Track stock levels and sales data to forecast upcoming stock needs; monitor thresholds and reorder.
• Build reorders from the forecast and send to supplier following standard process.
• Handle day-to-day communication with suppliers on orders and ETAs.
• Keep website product listings and stock status accurate and up to date.
