You will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, monitor inventory, and drive cost-efficient stock turns, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• University degree in Commerce, Business, Mathematics or similar.
• Experience in Demand Planning or Inventory/Stock Control in Retail/eCommerce/FMCG.
• Experience with SAP and Demand Planning software.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve forecast accuracy across product lines with stakeholders.
• Manage inventory levels to meet KPIs and ensure on-time purchase orders.
• Propose process improvements and challenge status quo.
• Ensure timely product imports and stock management for customer experience.
• Analyze stock levels and purchase orders to reduce costs.
• Conduct regular demand analysis and prevent stockouts and aged stock.
• Assess product range performance and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to maintain adequate stock during campaigns.
