Qualifications

• Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital merchandising role.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills for product data and site updates.
• Copywriting flair to turn product info into clear, on-brand language.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles is desirable.
• Experience with content management systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar).
• Collaborative, proactive approach in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the online store with product loading, presentation and enrichment.
• Write and edit engaging, customer-first copy to drive conversion.
