Job summary

INTERSPORT Australia is seeking an enthusiastic eCommerce Assistant to join the Support Office, reporting to the eCommerce Specialist. You will handle product enrichment in Shopify and provide day-to-day admin support to optimise our website.

Based in Moorabbin, you will contribute to online growth, coordinate collections, updates, and reporting, while delivering exceptional service to franchisees and online customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in customer service and/or administration
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask & follow processes
• Proven experience with MS Office Suite
• Experience with Shopify beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Product Enrichment: using Shopify, coordinate daily online product enrichment workflow
• eCommerce Coordination: maintain Shopify collections, update store pages, assist with website optimisations and reporting
• Online Maintenance: provide admin support for online growth functions

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic eCommerce Assistant to join the INTERSPORT Support Office team. Reporting to the eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for product enrichment, and delivering day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation and ongoing optimisation of our website.

We are currently in an exciting growth phase at INTERSPORT Australia and this role will play an important part in the digital team. Product administration in Shopify is the core responsibility of this role, ensuring that all products are enriched ahead of each product season, and to continue to provide exceptional service for our franchisees and online customers.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills, drive and initiative. You will need to be organised & service focused, with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail. You will have the ability to adapt and change in an always evolving retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Enrichment: Using Shopify and coordinating with eCommerce specialist and product data teams, coordinate the daily online product enrichment workflow
• eCommerce Coordination: Shopify product collection maintenance assistance, store page updates, website optimisations, and reporting support
• Online Maintenance: Provide additional administrative support for online growth functions
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience that is consistent with our vision and values P.A.C.E.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in customer service and/or administration role
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask & follow process
• Proven experience in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Shopify beneficial but not essential
