Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking a Business Consultant for enterprise content management (ECM) implementations starting January 2027. You will deliver contracted consulting services, configure and upgrade SaaS ERP solutions, and guide customers through the project lifecycle with a focus on compliance and information governance.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, apply tailored implementation methodologies, and ensure on-time delivery within contract scope.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consulting services for enterprise software implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across seniority levels.
• Experience with ECM or records management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contracted consulting services for ECM/ERP projects.
• Configure, implement and upgrade SaaS ERP solutions for customers.
• Guide customers through project lifecycle: design verification, configuration, testing, go-live.
• Collaborate with Enablement teams and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout programs.
