Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking a Business Consultant for Enterprise Content Management, joining our New Projects Consulting team in Melbourne. You will drive ECM implementations from design through to go-live, configuring and upgrading our SaaS ERP solutions while guiding customers through the lifecycle of each project.

You will work with various stakeholders, delivering hands-on consulting, ensuring engagement, and applying our tailored methodologies to every engagement to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with TechOne's ECM product would be highly advantageous.
• Records and Information Management experience with understanding of compliance and information lifecycle practices is an advantage.
• Experience working in a consulting capacity with a variety of customer stakeholders.
• High-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels including executives.
• Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and upgrade our SaaS ERP software solutions for customers.
• Provide hands-on implementation through the project lifecycle (design verification, configuration, testing support, training).
• Learn and apply our tailored implementation methodologies across products.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders; complete program deliverables on time and within contract scope.
