Job summary

City of Ballarat is seeking casual Early Childhood Educators with Certificate III and Diploma qualifications to join our teams across multiple centres. You will deliver high-quality educational programs and work under the guidance of senior staff within the National Quality Framework.

The successful applicants will demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting children’s development, wellbeing, and families, with a strong commitment to teamwork and inclusive practices across our services.

Qualifications

• Requires Certificate III and Diploma in early childhood
• Knowledge of the Children’s Services Regulations and Early Years Frameworks
• Understanding of the Reportable Conduct Scheme and the ChildSafe Standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs across our children’s services.
• Work under the direction of the Centre Coordinator, Educational Leader and Lead Educator.
• Collaborate with a team of early childhood professionals within the National Quality Framework.
• Commit to teamwork to ensure quality education and care in a safe, stimulating environment.
