Little Beginnings Medowie invites passionate early childhood educators to join our team. We offer permanent part-time and full-time positions in a modern, nurturing environment where children learn through play and exploration.

Applicants must hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a current Working with Children Check, and relevant safety training. DUTIES include planning and delivering engaging programs, collaborating with families, and mentoring trainees.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Evidence of a current Working with Children Check.
• Current Child Protection Qualification and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training are required.
• Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate (Geccko) is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with families and colleagues.
• Ability to mentor trainee educators and support hands-on learning.

• Contribute to planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs.
• Support development and delivery of learning activities aligned to children's interests.
• Collaborate with a team to provide high-quality care and education.
