Job summary

Dogster, based in Sydney, seeks a dedicated walker to join our small-group dog-walking team. You’ll handle groups of up to four dogs, keep them safe and engaged, and travel between pickups and drop-offs across the area.

A Volkswagen Caddy van and fuel are supplied, along with equipment and treats to support daily activities. The role suits someone with an interest in dog training, able to work weekdays, and comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Be enthusiastic, friendly, professional and have excellent communication skills.
• Be physically active and enjoy spending time outdoors.
• Have an interest in dog training and behaviour.
• Be organized and reliable.
• Be available to work every weekday in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Exercising and socialising groups of up to 4 dogs in off-leash parks.
• Ensuring the safety and behaviour improvement of dogs while keeping them moving and having fun.
• Lots of driving to pick up and drop off dogs with efficient routing.
• Taking photos of the dogs in action and reporting back to the team.
• Communicating with the Dogster team and clients.
