Job summary

Xavier College invites applications for an Early Years Teaching and Learning Coordinator at the Two Wells (R–12) Campus. The role involves leadership across Reception to Year 2, driving literacy and numeracy initiatives and supporting curriculum, assessment and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Must have teaching qualification and eligible for registration in SA.
• Experience leading early years literacy and numeracy initiatives preferred.
• Ability to analyse student achievement data and drive intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teaching across Reception to Year 2.
• Coordinate literacy, numeracy, curriculum and assessment initiatives.
• Support delivery and use of assessment and reporting processes.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and professional learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Support student wellbeing and inclusive education.
