Job summary

Pymble Ladies’ College is seeking a Certificate III qualified Educator to support high-quality curriculum and care in the Early Years School. You will contribute to play-based learning, collaborate with staff, and build trusting relationships with children and families.

Applicants must meet ACECQA Certificate III, uphold NSW Child Safe Standards, and participate in ongoing professional learning within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• ACECQA recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
• Commitment to child safety and NSW Child Safe Standards.
• Knowledge of NSW Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting.
• Experience delivering play-based, developmentally appropriate learning.
• Ability to build secure relationships with children and families.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with staff and independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of learning and wellbeing programs in the Early Years School.
• Collaborate with staff to implement high-quality curriculum and care.
• Establish secure relationships with children and families.
• Uphold child-safe environment and conduct screenings as required.
• Contribute to a culture of child safety and continuous improvement.
