Job summary

Pymble Ladies’ College is seeking Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join the brand-new Early Years School on campus. You will deliver and review learning and wellbeing programs, collaborate with staff, and help create a child-centred environment where every child is valued.

A strong commitment to child safety and alignment with NSW standards is essential. You will work alongside dedicated colleagues to support high-quality curriculum and care for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12,

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, the Child Safe Standards Framework and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Commitment to child safety and creating a child-safe environment.
• Experience delivering and reviewing educational programs for the early years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and review educational programs aligned with high-quality curriculum and care for early years.
• Establish secure and trusting relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with staff to foster a child-centred culture where each child is respected and known.
