Silkwood School is opening an innovative Early Years Learning Centre in January 2027. We seek an exceptional Centre Director to lead the new unit and oversee the OSHC service, shaping a nurturing, creative and connected environment for our youngest learners.

As Centre Director you will work with the Head of Junior School to bring Silkwood's educational philosophy to life, ensuring excellence in programs, safety, and family engagement while building a strong, collaborative team for long-term

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required).
• Current First Aid (Edu and Care) and CPR Certificate.
• 2 Years leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead overall operations of the Early Years and OSHC centres.
• Partner with Head of Junior School to translate Silkwood's vision into Silkwood Early Years.
• Ensure excellence across educational programs, team performance, family engagement, compliance, safety and quality standards.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement and a caring culture for children, families and staff.
