Big Loaf Factory Bakery in Perth's O’Connor area is seeking a Casual Delivery Driver and All-Rounder to join our team, loading crates, delivering fresh breads to cafés and local businesses across the metro area, and building friendly customer relationships.

Based at the bakery, you’ll start early between 2am and 3am, stay safe while lifting up to 23kg, and follow established routes with reliable, punctual performance. Training and support are provided, and penalties apply to award pay rates.

Qualifications

• Hold a current manual driver’s licence.
• Be reliable, punctual and comfortable starting between 2am and 3am.
• Available across weekdays and weekends on rosters.
• Have good knowledge of the Perth metro area.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 23kg.
• Strong time-management and attention to detail.
• Friendly, confident and professional with customers.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized on route.

Responsabilités

• Load bread crates and check orders before departure.
• Deliver fresh bakery products safely and on time.
• Follow an established delivery route across the Perth metro area.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and present products with care.
• Build friendly, professional relationships with customers.
• Safely lift and handle bread crates up to 23kg.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, tidy and ready for use.
• Communicate delays, order issues or feedback to the team.
