Mount Scopus Memorial College invites a dedicated Garden Educator to lead our early learning centre’s garden and sustainability program. This role is 0.23 FTE, 8 hours per week, commencing Term 1, 2027, across St Kilda East and Caulfield South, with two days per week during school terms only and paid school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the garden and sustainability program across two Early Learning Centres.
• Guide children through inquiry-based, hands-on gardening experiences.
• Build collaborative relationships within the learning community and beyond.
• Support children’s physical, social and emotional development through garden activities.
