Mount Scopus Memorial College in East St Kilda is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator (Assistant) to join the Kindergarten Program on a 0.97 FTE fixed-term contract from 27 January 2027 to 12 November 2027. The role runs Monday to Thursday 8.00 am–3.45 pm and Friday 8.00 am–1.00 pm during terms, with optional OSHC holiday program work.

Applicants must hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Working with Children Check, and be legally entitled to work

Job description

Mount Scopus Memorial College is a Jewish Day School that boasts world class facilities across three campuses, with over 1400 students, and whose students regularly achieve outstanding VCE results.

We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator (Assistant) to join our Early Learning team to work in our Kindergarten Program at our East St Kilda Campus. This is a (0.97) FTE part-time replacement position on a fixed term contract commencing from 27 January 2027 until 12 November 2027. You will be required to work Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am to 3.45 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm during school terms only along with the opportunity to work in our School’s OSHC Holiday Program during school holiday periods.
