Job summary

Abbotsleigh Early Learning in Wahroonga, NSW, is seeking a qualified Educator to join our Pre-Kindergarten to 5 years program. You will support learning through meaningful activities, document progress for families, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role operates 7.15 am–6.45 pm, Monday to Friday, within a thriving Abbotsleigh community. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, with First Aid and NSW WWCC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• First Aid certification.
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Collaborative and team-focused attitude.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and evaluation of educational programs.
• Observe, document and share children's learning with families.
• Build respectful, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Maintain safe, welcoming and engaging learning environments.
• Support children's wellbeing, development and learning.
• Uphold high professional standards at all times.
• Contribute to the warm, collaborative culture that makes Abbotsleigh Early Learning such a rewarding place to work.
• Rostered between 7.15 am-6.45 pm, Monday to Friday
