Qualifications

• Significant experience in educational leadership.
• Strong communication skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and coach individuals.
• Knowledge of pedagogy, inclusion, wellbeing and child safety.
• Understanding of curriculums and the NQS.

Responsibilities

• Coach across multiple programs to support development in early childhood.
• Facilitate Early Years Learning Networks and deliver workshops.
• Contribute to content writing and resource development with the learning team.
