Job summary

Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a caring Cook for our Early Education Centre in Sydney, NSW. You will prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children aged 0-5, following dietary guidelines and accommodating allergies and cultural needs.

This part-time role offers a supportive team environment, ongoing development, and opportunities to contribute to children's health and wellbeing. Flexible hours up to 22 per week and a focus on safe, clean kitchen practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking, catering or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling practices.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• A genuine passion for children's health and wellbeing.
• Experience preparing meals for young children will be highly regarded.

• $60,887 - $64,405 gross p.a. (full time equivalent) plus 12% superannuation.
• Hours of work:Temporary and PermanentPart-time.Working up to 22 hours per week.
