Job summary

Bees Nees Early Learning in Branxton, NSW is offering a full-time Trainee position (Certificate 3). The role runs Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, 7.30am to 5.30pm, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to studies.
• No Certificate III qualification held in any field to be eligible for traineeship.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standard.
• Follow the Code of Ethics of Early Childhood Australia.
• Implement the service’s philosophy in daily practice.
• Assist the team to provide high quality care and education to children.
• Work towards achieving Certificate III in Early Childhood and Education.

Bees Nees Early Learning is a small, family owned and operated service, licensed for just 30 children a day, aged between 18 months and 5 years. We pride ourselves on the personalised service that we offer to our families, children and the local community. Unlike larger centres, our size allows us to build genuine relationships and maintain a calm, supportive environment where every team member is valued, respected, and known as an individual - not just a number.

An opportunity has become available for a :

Full time Trainee (Certificate 3), working Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week, between operating hours 7.30am to 5.30pm, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Role and Responsibility

• To work in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care;
• Work in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Early Childhood Australia;
• Implementing the service’s philosophy in daily practice;
• To assist the team to provide the highest quality care and education to children
• To achieve Certificate III in Early Childhood and Education

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Is passionate about working with young children

Holds a current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain one

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Has the ability to work as a part of a team.

Great work ethic and a commitment towards your studies

Does not hold a Certificate III qualification in any field to be eligible for the Traineeship.

Is over 18 years of age
