Job summary

Kids Club Early Childhood Learning Centres in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a passionate trainee and Certificate 3 educator to help deliver a high-quality educational program in a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, confident, and valued.

You will assist with activities, support behaviour and development, and work closely with families and the team to deliver caring, play-based learning experiences while maintaining safety and wellbeing throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing materials and equipment for children’s activities, ensuring safe, engaging learning environments
• Manage children’s behaviour and social development through positive guidance, emotional support, and respectful communication
• Plan and conduct educational and recreational experiences that promote learning, creativity, and physical development
• Entertain and engage children through storytelling, games, and play-based learning
• Supervise children during routines and outdoor play to ensure safety and wellbeing
• Support children’s hygiene and personal care, while teaching independence and healthy habits
• Build strong relationships with families and work collaboratively with the team

We’re looking for a passionate trainee and a Certificate 3 educator to join our friendly, supportive centre at Kids Club Clarence St. In this role, you will help deliver a high-quality educational program while creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, confident, and valued.

What You’ll Do
