Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Riverstone, NSW, is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead high-quality learning experiences for children. You will plan engaging programs, mentor staff, and partner with families to support safety, inclusion and school readiness.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm on a rotating roster, and requires ACECQA-approved qualification, NSW WWCC, and current first aid certificates to ensure child safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Riverstone team.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.

You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).

Responsibilities

About You

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent).
• Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
