Job summary

LITTLE LION NORTH EPPING PTY LTD in Sydney Hills District NSW is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0–5, ensuring compliance with EYLF, NQF and NQS and all relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Current NESA accreditation or eligibility to obtain accreditation.
• At least 1 year experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQF, NQS and related regulations.
• Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs for 0–5 year olds.
• Deliver play-based learning to support development.
• Observe and document learning progress and wellbeing.
• Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Communicate with families about learning and development.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing per NQF/NQS and regulations.
• Promote inclusive practices and respect for diversity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and portfolios.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development.
