Job summary

Early Learning Victoria Meeniyan is opening a new 57-place centre near Meeniyan Primary School, offering long day care and three- and four-year-old kindergarten programs. You will deliver high-quality education in play-based settings linked to local communities, guiding a team of educators and building strong relationships with families.

We value safety, inclusion and professional growth, with relocation incentives up to AU$8,000 for eligible staff and support to achieve the National Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent, and current VIT registration.
• First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications; Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting online learning.
• Experience with children and families experiencing vulnerability is desirable.
• Police checks required; international check for those with residence outside Australia in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early childhood education aligned with NQF and VEYLD Framework.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, children and colleagues.
• Support educators through reflective conversations and targeted mentoring.
• Promote an inclusive environment meeting children’s learning needs and regulatory standards.
