Job summary

Early Learning Victoria Meeniyan is opening a new centre near Meeniyan Primary School and will provide long day care, three- and four-year-old kindergarten, and pre-prep programs. You will work with the Centre Director to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of safety and quality across all programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated pedagogical and leadership experience in early childhood education and care.
• Experience with Education Care Services National Law and Regulations, NQF, Child Safe Standards and VEYLDF.
• Experience in financial management and administration for early childhood services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the Centre Director at the service.
• Ensure delivery on organisational and pedagogical priorities and strong educational practices.
• Lead staff recruitment, development and enrolment management with Central ELV support.
