Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join the New Lambton team in NSW on a full-time basis. You will plan and deliver high-quality programs, support children’s learning and wellbeing, and work within a safety-focused environment.

The role requires a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-equivalent), NSW accreditation, EYLF/NQS knowledge, WWCC, and a commitment to child safety. Competitive pay and professional development accompany the position.

• Current NSW Teacher Accreditation/Registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in Australia is highly regarded.
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.

You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW
