Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for a full-time role in Tamworth, NSW. The position offers above-award pay and a pathway for professional growth within a global early learning provider.

You will deliver EYLF-aligned programs, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to curriculum planning and assessment while supporting high-quality teaching across our Busy Bees centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current NSW Teacher Accreditation/Registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in Australia is highly regarded.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Commitment to child safety and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) | $45.80 – $63.38 per hour | Tamworth, NSW

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
