Vantage Education Ltd in Dubbo NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) for a permanent full-time role at an established early learning centre. The candidate will plan and evaluate high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and support each child’s development, working with families and educators.

Requirements include ACECQA-qualified teaching credentials, WWCC, First Aid (CPR/Anaphylaxis/EMS), and NSW NESA accreditation.

Formación

• ACECQA-approved early childhood teaching qualification, or equivalent recognised by ACECQA.
• Minimum 1 year relevant early childhood teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Understanding of child protection legislation and child-safe practices.
• Ability to plan, implement, document and evaluate educational programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current First Aid qualification including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management.
• Current NESA teacher accreditation or eligibility to obtain/maintain accreditation for NSW centre-based ECEC.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Creative, reflective and collaborative approach to teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality early childhood educational programs.
• Develop curriculum and learning experiences based on children’s interests and needs.
• Support children’s language, literacy, numeracy, physical, social and emotional development.
• Observe, assess and document children’s learning and development.
• Implement the EYLF through intentional teaching and play-based learning.
• Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Establish positive relationships with children and families and communicate learning progress.
• Support transition-to-school planning and professional reflective practice.
• Mentor and support educators to improve practice.
• Contribute to NQS/NQF requirements and child protection standards.
