Job summary

Vantage Education Ltd is seeking a warm, caring Child Care Worker for a new Dubbo service. The role focuses on high-quality education and care, helping children develop literacy, numeracy, social skills, and a love of learning through play-based activities.

You will collaborate with educators, follow EYLF and NQF guidelines, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Requires Certificate III in ECEC or equivalent, WWCC, and a First Aid qualification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Experience in early childhood education and care is preferred.
• WWCC clearance and valid First Aid qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, supervision and support to children.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate play-based learning experiences.
• Encourage children to investigate, explore, and develop independence.
• Observe children's interests and contribute to learning documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
