Job summary

Only About Children is seeking qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our Melbourne campuses. You will lead high-quality teaching and learning, implement curriculum and support children's development through play-based experiences.

We require a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) with ACECQA-approved status, valid VIT, and a minimum of two years' full-time post-accreditation experience. Melbourne-based roles across multiple campuses with competitive pay and strong professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching, Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualification.
• Valid VIT registration, Early Childhood.
• Minimum two years full-time work experience.
• Experience planning and implementing an educational program that values holistic child development.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
• Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice.
• Valid Working with Children Check number.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement an educational program that values a holistic view of each child's development.
• Maintain ongoing records of children's development, program planning and daily information.
• Support daily room tasks, including activity preparation, mealtimes and routines.
• Assure high-quality service delivery in consideration of the National Quality Standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations.
• Guide team members with professional development, individual goals and performance.
• Partner with families and educators to support children's learning, wellbeing and school readiness.
