Job summary

The Early Learners Of (ELO) Group is seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our Wellington Point centre, a 75-place service focused on community and nature-based learning. You’ll design engaging programs, observe development, and build strong relationships with families.

We offer flexible work-from-home options for programming time, ongoing professional development, and rostered days off. Sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education required.
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in long day care.
• Working With Children Check (Blue Card) required.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Strong understanding of child development and pedagogy; excellent communication.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning programs aligned with the QKLG.
• Develop a beach and bush kindy program.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe, document, and assess children's development to support learning.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators to improve teaching.
