The ELO Group is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in the Brisbane region. You’ll design and deliver engaging learning programs, observe and support child development, and collaborate with a dedicated team to foster a love of learning in children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in long day care.
• Working With Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and making a difference.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver engaging learning programs aligned with the QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines).
• Develop a beach and bush kindy program.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s development to support individual learning.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators to continually improve teaching practices.
