Job summary

The ELO Group is seeking a qualified Educator (Room Leader) to join our dedicated team in NSW and Queensland. As a full-time Educator, you will deliver high-quality experiences for children aged 0–5 years and support their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

You will plan engaging programs, observe progress, build relationships with families, and collaborate with colleagues while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as an Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting.
• Experience as a Room Leader (desirable).
• Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications.
• Working with Children Check clearance.
• Responsible Person experience or willingness to be trained (advantageous).
