Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten in New South Wales seeks an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our St Marys team on a permanent basis, with flexible full-time or part-time arrangements. The role supports high-quality education and care in line with EYLF, NQS, NQF and NSW Child Safe Standards.

Applicants must hold an ACECQA-approved ECT qualification and NSW WWCC, with current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have ACECQA-approved ECT qualification and NESA registration.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification or willingness to obtain.
• Current Child Protection and Child Safety training or willingness to obtain.
• Current Basic Food Handlers training or willingness to obtain.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in St Marys on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. Opportunities for Room Leader positions may also be available for suitable candidates.

Applicants must have:

An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification and NESA registration

A current and valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification or willingness to obtain

Current Child Protection training and Child Safety training or willingness to obtain

Current Basic Food Handlers training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment

Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten is committed to rigorous recruitment, screening, and selection practices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

The successful applicant will be required to participate in comprehensive pre-employment screening, including:

Verification of Working With Children Check status

Reference checks that specifically address suitability to work with children

Relevant child protection and employment history checks

Additional background screening where required under legislation or organisational policy

All employees are expected to actively contribute to a culture of child safety and participate in ongoing child protection and child-safe practice training.
