Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher for Milestones Early Learning Raby in Sydney to lead a kindy team and inspire curious learners.

Qualifications

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain.
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain.
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries and connections to our local primary school.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for children, respecting each child’s interests and strengths.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
