Job summary

Affinity Education Group is hiring Lead Educators for a part-time position in Canberra. Shifts run from 6:30am to 6:30pm with a 37.5 hour work week. We focus on safe, supportive environments for children and offer extensive training and career development.

Salary is pro rata for part-time roles, with a strong emphasis on professional growth and internal promotions. Affinity supports Diploma and Degree-level study through the Affinity Learning Academy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.

We are looking for dedicated Lead Educators, offering Part-Time position, 37.5 hours a week with sifts from 6:30am to 6:30 pm.

About you:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalentBachelor’s degree
