Milestones Early Learning Rochedale, part of Affinity Education Group, invites an Early Childhood Teacher to shape learning journeys. Deliver engaging, play-based programs, connect with families, and contribute to high-quality education across the centre.

You will foster curiosity, collaboration and confidence in young learners, while engaging with a supportive network and professional development opportunities within Affinity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current teacher registration (where applicable).
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for early childhood education and children's learning.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Foster development through intentional teaching, inquiry-based learning, and meaningful interactions.

• Observe, document and assess children's learning and development.
• Support the centre's journey toward exceeding the National Quality Standard.

About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
