Young Academics Early Learning Centre at The Ponds is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to craft meaningful learning experiences that support children's development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS while mentoring staff and strengthening teaching practice.

You will collaborate with children, families and the team in a safe, inclusive environment to help every child thrive. This is a full-time role with a rotating 6:30 am–6:00 pm roster.

Formación

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent).
• Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• Genuine commitment to child safety, inclusive practice and positive learning outcomes.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at The Ponds.

About The Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.

You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

This position is a full‑time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).
