Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre Woodcroft Cobblestone is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead high-quality learning experiences for children, aligned with EYLF and NQS. You will mentor educators and collaborate with families to support safe, inclusive learning and development in a nurturing environment.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 am–6:00 pm (rotating roster), offering opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and a strong team focus on child

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification is required.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS and relevant legislation is required.
• First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates are required.
• Food Handler Basics Training Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum.
• Lead reflective practice and mentor educators to strengthen teaching practice and educational outcomes.
• Observe and document children's learning and development, creating experiences that promote inclusion and school readiness.
• Maintain active supervision and promote high standards of child safety and safeguarding.
• Build positive partnerships with children, families and the wider community.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, collaborative team culture.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Woodcroft Cobblestone team.

About The Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.

You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).

About You

• Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusive practice and positive learning outcomes for children.
