Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Bossley Park seeks an Early Childhood Teacher to lead high-quality programs and mentor staff. You will develop learning experiences aligned with EYLF and NQS, ensuring safety, inclusion and development across the centre.

The role requires ACECQA-approved qualifications, current NESA accreditation, WWCC clearance, and up-to-date First Aid/CPR. You will work Monday to Friday, 6:30 am–6:00 pm on a rotating roster with a strong focus on child wellbeing.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent).
• Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• Commitment to child safety, inclusive practice and positive learning outcomes.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Bossley Park team.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.

You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).
