4 Healthcare Recruitment partners with an established early childhood provider in the Illawarra region to recruit a Speech Pathologist for children aged 0–5 years. The role mixes community and centre-based work with emphasis on early intervention and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is required.
• Current or eligible for CPA with Speech Pathology Australia.
• New graduates with an interest in early childhood are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work across centre-based and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0–5 years through community and centre-based services.
• Provide direct intervention and family consultation.
• Collaborate with educators to support children's communication development.
