The role emphasizes face‑to‑face client visits, staffing fulfilment, and revenue generation while maintaining compliant, screened educators for assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing temporary staffing in Early Childhood Education and OSHC.
• Proven ability to fill bookings and manage a casual workforce.
• Strong client relationship management and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily temporary staffing requests across Early Childhood Education and OSHC services.
• Fill confirmed bookings, urgent staffing requests, and last‑minute absences using the candidate pool.
• Match educators to shifts based on qualifications, experience, location and client needs.
• Maintain booking records and changes within the recruitment system.
• Proactively contact educators to secure coverage for upcoming shifts.
• Monitor unfilled bookings and minimise service disruption.
• Build relationships with Centre Directors, OSHC coordinators and other decision‑makers.
