Job summary

Goodstart Albury – Pemberton St is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our permanent full-time team in Albury, NSW. You’ll support learning through play-based programs, work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader, and help deliver high-quality early childhood education.

You’ll need a Diploma or CIII in Early Childhood, NSW Working with Children Check, and knowledge of EYLF and NQS. We offer above-award pay, parental leave, discounts, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or CIII in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• As a Goodstart Educator, join Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs.
• Deliver play-based, sensory-rich programs tailored to each child’s needs and cultural background.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity for every child while contributing to a collaborative team.
