Insight Early Learning Moama is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team. We offer casual and permanent full-time/part-time opportunities for Cert III and Diploma-qualified Educators.

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:00pm and should include your available days and hours in your application. Our centre emphasises a nurturing, play-based learning environment and a commitment to safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) required
• Previous experience in an early childhood setting preferred
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and child development is beneficial
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential
• Ability to work across different rooms and age groups
• Comply with organisational policies and safeguarding requirements

Responsabilités

• Observe, document and contribute to children’s learning and development
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Assist with health, hygiene, nutrition and daily routines

• Work across rooms and support the team as needed
• Follow centre policies, procedures and philosophy
• Collaborate with Room Leader and Educational Leader to review and improve programs
• Assist with general room routines and other duties as required

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where children feel supported to learn, grow and develop.

You will demonstrate a genuine commitment to children and a willingness to support Insight Early Learning’s values of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability and Equity.

A typical day may include:

• Supervising and engaging with children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing

• Supporting play-based learning experiences, investigations and projects

• Observing, documenting and contributing to children’s learning and development

• Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Supporting children’s health, hygiene, nutrition and daily routines

• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment

• Working across different rooms and supporting the team where needed

• Following the centre’s policies, procedures and philosophy

• Working collaboratively with the Room Leader and Educational Leader to reflect on and improve the program

• Assisting with general room routines and other duties as required
  

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III, Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (must-have)

• A current and valid Working with Children Check (must-have)

• Previous experience in an early childhood setting

• A sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS and child development

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A warm, positive and inclusive approach to working with children and families

• Flexibility to work across different age groups and rooms

• A genuine commitment to creating safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments
